I am Elina Flit, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in providing diagnostic assessments and counseling to adult clients with diverse concerns, including substance use, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, emotional regulation, career and interpersonal challenges, and LGBTQ+ issues. I completed my Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern Connecticut State University and am a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I am fluent in both English and Russian, which allows me to offer support to a wider range of clients.
