If you could change one thing about your life, what would that be? We often seek help when we want change, yet change doesn’t have to be drastic to matter. Even a small shift in insight, understanding, or behavior can create meaningful growth. In therapy, I draw from trauma-informed, relational, and strengths-based approaches to help you address distressing thoughts and emotions, unhelpful patterns of behavior, and challenges related to parenting. I have experience supporting individuals and families navigating ADHD and autism, including PDA, with a focus on understanding nervous systems, honoring autonomy, and reducing shame.
