It takes courage to go to therapy and I applaud all those who seek treatment for themselves, whether it be to work on self growth and discovery or those tackling specific issues in their lives. I work collaboratively with all my clients almost as a detective to get to the bottom of why and what is derailing or challenging you in your life. Through the work we will unpack and unearth the root cause of these struggles and my hope is to allow you to feel you can cope, manage and grasp the struggles of life in an easier more manageable way.
