I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I started my career in juvenile justice as a Social Worker and case manager, where I discovered my passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges. This passion led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Counseling. I’ve worked extensively with children, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma, complex trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.
