Welcome! If you are seeking therapy for the first time, congratulations on taking the first step (it's a difficult one!), and if you are returning to therapy I am excited at the possibility of being a part of your continued journey! After working as a mental health therapist with a variety of clients since 2016, I am thrilled to open my own practice: Wildflower Counseling LCSW, PLLC! I currently work with adults for individual and couples therapy. I have an eclectic approach utilizing tools and themes from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and supportive care. I have also earned my advanced competency in Dynamic Deconstructive Psychotherapy (DDP).
