Hi! My name is Elisabeth and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I believe that my job as a therapist is to create a space of safety, comfort, and acceptance. Each person is different which means I will use the approach best fit for your needs as we collaborate on reaching your goals in therapy. While I have experience with most types of clients and backgrounds, I find myself most often working with teens, folks in leadership positions, in the helping professions, and those who have experienced spiritual abuse or religious trauma.
