I’m a child therapist in San Jose specializing in play therapy for children. Play therapy allows children to express emotions, process experiences, and build coping skills in ways that feel natural and safe—without needing the right words. My play therapy space includes a variety of art and expressive materials, giving children multiple ways to communicate and work through challenges at their own pace. Through play, children gain emotional insight, regulation, and resilience.
