I'm Elisabeth Winchell Jones (Liz), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Substance Use Disorders Counselor with thirty years of experience in working with individuals and families struggling to overcome trauma and to create lives of freedom, joy, and self-acceptance. I do this work because I have the lived experience of knowing that positive change occurs by empowering our ability to choose again and connect with others.
