I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience and specialized training in postpartum mood disorders. My goal is to help women and families be their best selves. I focus on many stages of life including conception, pregnancy, and the transition to motherhood. The stress and emotions that accompany conceiving, pregnancy, birth, the transition to motherhood, and parenting as a whole can be challenging. It is difficult to make time for your own self care and mental health needs, but doing so is vital to living the life you want.
