Holding space for clients through their life challenges is an honor. Many of the clients I work with have anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, or trauma. Clients are often seeking a safe space to gain the tools to manage their symptoms and process their circumstances. Many individuals want to experience an alleviation of emotional pain and personal growth. I appreciate partnering with clients to create goals to achieve wellness and their best self. I meet clients where they are at and treatment moves at a pace that is comfortable for them.
