I work with people and families who are struggling with the anxiety of life. Divorce (the couple, the children, the aftermath), growing-up, growing old, changing, embracing, letting go. Helping people find the strength in themselves to walk through life and handle the issues that seem too heavy to bear. I work in a homey setting that disarms and makes feel people feel free to share and do the work they need to do to have their best lives. My referrals largely come by referrals from past clients. I am honored to sit with people in times of trouble in their lives and work hard to live up to that honor.
