I offer in-person or telehealth sessions. I work with adults in individual therapy and use a collaborative, integrated style, where I base my interventions on individual needs. Beginning or restarting the therapeutic process is not always easy, and I appreciate the strength and courage it takes to manage life’s hardships. My goals as a clinician are to help people recognize their own strengths and values, and to help clients develop the necessary skills to cope with and manage those hardships.
