Together, we’ll focus on strengthening your identity and self-esteem—whether you’re discovering who you are, rediscovering a new version of yourself, or healing to become more fully you. I support clients through life changes such as adolescence, new parenthood, career challenges, or healing from trauma. I believe that in our deepest moments of suffering, we truly find ourselves. I bring genuine care and compassion while helping you move toward balance, purpose, and authenticity.
