I believe my most important role as a therapist is to provide the safety and insight you need to identify worries and obsessive thoughts and behaviors, so you may move toward a more functional, confident approach to life. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults, and love assisting clients to find their voice, identity,& independence while navigating the expectations and needs of their parents, schools, families and community. I also work with adults to help them navigate life transitions with clarity and confidence, including divorce and career changes. I am here to show you unconditional positive support in a safe space.
