Hi I'm Elise, and I want to support you in living optimally and becoming who you want to be. After 20 years in the mental health field, I've learned that helping people find stability and peace in their lives requires both clinical expertise and genuine understanding of life's complexities. That combination of professional skill and personal empathy is what I bring to every session. What makes my approach unique is my personal experience as the mother of a child with significant medical needs. This has given me deep insight into the challenges that families face when caregiving and I want to help others on similar journeys. I specialize in trauma, domestic violence, infant mental health, acute and chronic medical conditions, grief and loss and caregiver support. I'm fluent in Spanish and have extensive experience working with children and families in schools, hospitals, outpatient clinics and community organizations.
