School. Friendships. Play. Sleep. Family. These are the tasks of childhood. Often when our young children are struggling, we are told to wait, that they will grow out of it or that this phase will pass on its own. Unfortunately that can lead to older children who continue to struggle, only on a bigger stage. We are seeing school avoidance, irritability, isolation, and social difficulties starting at younger and younger ages. Getting help early is the key! Every child has a unique way of processing their environment and many need an extra boost at an early age. Our young children deserve the opportunity to flourish from the start.
