Hello! My name is Elisha (she/they) and I am a Licenced Professional Clinical Counselor and registered dance/movement therapist in California. I believe seeking support through therapy is a valuable tool that can lead us to a place of deepened self-understanding, greater self-compassion, connection, and peace. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are navigating a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, grief and loss, relational challenges, life transitions, eating disorders, Autism Spectrum, ADHD, and other neurodivergence.
