Thank you for considering this step, I'm fully aware of the bravery it takes to seek therapeutic support. Life has many complexities, from identity, relationships, to the enumerable internal conflicts we face. My practice focuses on caring for people impacted by trauma, from a culturally respective space. I work with individuals impacted by human rights violations, complex trauma, inter-generational trauma, racial trauma, and folks hurt by communities. I value implementing trauma-informed therapeutic models to eliminate any emotional pain from our experiences and enhancing awareness of the strengths we develop from our experiences.
