I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to create change in their lives and relationships. They want to experience more peace, less stress, and get to their goals more quickly. Each session is co-created, whether a group class or a private appointment. I help people recognize their strengths and learn tools to transform their experience of life. My jam is working with: couples wanting to stay together or separate amicably, individuals wanting to end patterns of anxiety or trauma, and parents needing cooperation from their kids. I also offer support groups and group classes- parenting and coparenting!
