My goal in therapy is to create a safe place where you can comfortably identify, process, and work through the challenges that are making it difficult to build the life you want. I work with adolescents and adults dealing with life transitions, relationship challenges, difficulties at work or school, as well as those experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. Sometimes people come to therapy because of a specific change, event, or issue they are dealing with and other times, you may not know exactly what you're looking for but suspect having additional support could help.
