Finding a therapist and beginning therapy can be a daunting and overwhelming process. As a therapist, it is my goal to simplify that process. I believe in the importance of creating a welcoming environment that promotes growth and self-discovery. I am passionate about establishing a collaborative and goal-oriented treatment model. I believe in meeting each client where they are and developing a treatment plan that is tailored to their unique needs and goals. I work with clients of all ages. I am well equipped to address issues including depression, anxiety, relational distress, academic concerns, and behavioral issues. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and emerging adults. I also enjoy utilizing play therapy as a means to work with younger individuals.
