All I can ask for in a client is a willingness to learn and grow. The beginning of this journey can feel overwhelming, or even intimidating. I understand that and appreciate the strength it takes to reach out and try something different. I work best with clients who are feeling like they are in a place ready for change. Maybe they are feeling disconnected from themselves or having a hard time trusting their instincts. Working together, we will help you to start honoring yourself and your needs, focusing on what you've been through and how to create the life that feels authentic to you. I can help by holding space for you and creating a relationship where you feel heard. I want you to be able to trust that the time we have together is one where you can be vulnerable and open. My focus is on the lessons and growth we gain from the experiences that may have shaped us, both positive and negative. I meet you where you're at and at your speed.
