I am happy to help you explore your life and provide you with tools you can use. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, life-changes, feeling stuck, or difficulties with the relationships in your life, therapy is a wonderful way to start finding more joy and peace in your life! I approach sessions with warmth, validation, and sometimes humor! I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, and, as a military spouse, am very experienced working with Servicemembers and their family members.
