I am a strength-based Clinical Therapist whose goal is to walk with you through therapy to increase your own self-warmth, hope, insight and healing. I believe that addiction or mental health issues are just a small piece of the multi-faceted jigsaw puzzle of who you are. Both my Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts are from Santa Clara University, where my basketball jersey is retired as I hold the "All Time Men and Women's Rebounding Record". I believe that athletics were the genesis of my relentless positivity, embracement of strengths, and belief in the perseverance of the human heart.
