I have worked in the field of psychology since 2002 and am passionate about helping individuals, families/couples achieve more connection, insight and awareness. I have concentrated experience working with marginalized groups, formerly incarcerated, people with sexual trauma and people struggling with racial trauma/discrimination. Skill building includes assertiveness training, conflict-resolution, overcoming chronic people pleasing and setting healthy boundaries with others.
