I help empower and encourage clients to gain insight and skills to achieve their personal, professional, and interpersonal goals. I help clients gain deeper self- awareness and self-compassion to understand their "stuck" patterns, and develop new ones that align with their values. I work from a trauma informed, culturally sensitive perspective, and understand that systems and environment impact mental well-being. I work collaboratively with clients based on their needs. I enjoy working with healthcare workers, relationship and life transitions.
