My ideal clients are women who want to be active in their own recovery process, even if they are right now in a "stuck place". They may be struggling with depression and/or anxiety and often both; transitions including new motherhood and chronic stress are common. They are motivated for change, have a sense of humor, and are open to trying new ideas and new ways of working with their struggles. This may mean seeing the entire self as the mindbody-one affecting the other in continuum, as opposed to having a mind, and then having a body as two separate things. Personal growth and development are important goals for the clients I see.
