Hi, I'm Elizabeth, a compassionate psychotherapist with an MSW from Fordham University. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use, using trauma-informed care to create a supportive space for healing. With over eight years of experience working with individuals facing complex trauma, I’ve helped people of all ages manage abuse, mental health struggles in diverse clinical settings.
