I look forward to meeting new clients - people who are ready to make life changes. My approach is to help others become aware of what triggers their negative feelings of rejection, abandonment, anger and hurt. Together we explore ways to eliminate unwanted behaviors and to learn positive ways to relate to others. I will help you on a road of self-discovery as you learn to identify and to understand your feelings and their origins. I like to do all of this with a sense of humor and positive reinforcement. I enjoy being with people on their journey.
