Hi, I enjoy assisting adults who are managing stress and anxiety, addiction, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, life transitions, and depression. I have a warm and direct approach. My focus is on identifying and understanding dysfunctional life patterns that keep you stuck. We collaborate as a team so you know how to apply what is learned in sessions to create change. I believe in a client-centered approach, tailoring my therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs and goals of each person. Through a collaborative and empathetic process, you can expect a caring and respectful therapeutic relationship. In our first session together, I want to get to know you. We will discuss the challenges you're dealing with in your life and together we'll start to develop goals for therapy. The first appointment is just the beginning of the therapeutic relationship. At the end of the first session and moving forward, I like to check-in for feedback.
