I have years of experience counseling both individuals and couples. My clients gain insight, heal from trauma, find ways to communicate and remain in long-term committed relationships, and are better able to realize their life goals. Areas of specialization include issues relating to anxiety and depression. My work with grief includes healing from the loss of loved ones, divorce, job change, and changes brought by illness. I enjoy helping people envision a fulfilling retirement and to embrace change. I teach breathing and meditation as ways of lifting depression, managing anxiety, and finding peace.
