I have over 30 years of experience in working with individuals of varied ages from adolescents through adulthood including 27 years of working in a local school district along with 10 years of private practice. My bilingual/bicultural (Spanish) skills have allowed me the privilege of guiding a diverse group of clients with varied life challenges. Life requires a delicate balance which can have influence on our lives in unexpected ways. I believe that the development of healthy coping skills and self care are vital tools toward a healthy lifestyle.
