I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they rediscover a sense of freedom within themselves. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and compassionate space where meaningful change can begin. Together, we explore and release patterns that no longer serve—whether that’s difficulty managing emotions, unhelpful relationship dynamics, or self-limiting beliefs—so clients can move toward living more authentically and fully. I work with adolescents and adults through the lens of attachment, trauma, and EMDR to support them in achieving their personal goals. My approach integrates narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients develop a greater sense of awareness and separation between themselves and their experiences.
