Hi I’m Elizabeth (she/her). I work with adult individuals navigating anxiety, mood challenges, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, yet feel overwhelmed by intense emotions, internal conflict, or patterns that keep repeating despite their efforts. In therapy, we slow things down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface emotionally, relationally, and internally so change can emerge in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
