I provide a compassionate and supportive platform to promote growth, establish positive change, and enhance autonomy. I believe that a whole family approach is essential to support individual therapeutic work while building and strengthening confidence, understanding conflict resolution, and effectively using problem solving skills. I specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, depression, anger, relationship dynamic issues, life transitions, self esteem, and substance use disorders.
