My practice is now accepting Wellsense and NH Healthy Families as additional insurance payment options. I see clients in Wakefield (Union) New Hampshire, conveniently located off of route 16 and only 15-minutes from Rochester. The stressors of life can have profound impacts on youth. I provide children and adolescents (ages 3-18) with compassionate integrative care to meet their unique needs; this can include CBT, Play Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, and Expressive Art Therapy. To me, working with youth also means providing support and guidance to their families via separate family and parenting sessions, as needed. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders (including panic disorder), OCD, depression, hair pulling (trichotillomania), skin picking (excoriation), trauma, ADHD, eating and sleeping disorders.
