Many of my clients already have a level of insight into their struggles but feel stuck in patterns that won't budge. I’m a depth-oriented therapist specializing in work that focuses on the underlying source of issues. Twenty years of experience supporting clients with complex issues has provided a broad foundation that informs my therapeutic lens. I work with intention and offer a steady, attuned presence that helps clients listen more deeply to themselves—and begin to untangle patterns that may have felt fixed for years. I hold space for complexity, nuance, and for the quiet shifts that often lead to meaningful change. My approach is grounded in NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model), which helps people understand and resolve complex trauma. Although many people find ways to survive, or even thrive, in less than ideal circumstances, the strategies that helped us in one area may be creating problems in another. With genuine healing, these strategies become less necessary.
