Hello and welcome! I am so happy that you are here as I cannot imagine how overwhelming this process can be. Finding the right therapist is not a ‘one size fits all’ mindset. I believe that the therapeutic relationship takes time and space to develop. As a result, I meet each individual where they are at in order to foster that connection. My view on therapy continues to adapt in order to remain up to date with relevant challenges that individuals may face. Therapy should be unconditional and empathetic to ensure the individual feels heard and validated.
