Hi and welcome! I’m Elizabeth, a licensed therapist based in Missoula, Montana. Even though it can feel isolating at times, we’re rarely alone in our struggles. Stress, trauma, and old wounds can leave us feeling disconnected — from ourselves and from the people around us. I believe that our unique values, beliefs, and cultivated sense of purpose are the roots to reconnect us to who we are and how we wish to experience life. Taking time to invest in ourselves through introspection is a radical act in the world we live in. I’ve been a social worker for 15+ years, working as a clinician, legal advocate, case manager, and in residential. I’ve supported people navigating trauma, crisis, and major life transitions, shaping my deep respect for resilience and understanding of how systems and relationships impact mental health.
