With over 20 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families across healthcare, outpatient, and higher education settings, I bring both depth and perspective to the therapy process. More importantly, I strive to offer a space where you feel understood, respected, and not judged. I work primarily with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, addiction or chronic stress, particularly those facing relationship challenges, job pressure, or the emotional weight of caregiving.
