I am a compassionate and knowledgeable psychologist with more than 30 years of experience. A clear and healthy professional relationship can be a source of support and growth as clients grapple with the difficulties that arise in their lives. I offer support, feedback, and a new perspective as well as provide information on psychological functioning as well as skills and techniques to cope with problems. I teach clients energy psychology techniques (including EFT) that they can use on their own with very good results. I often work with mood and anxiety disorders, as well as trauma, using EMDR when appropriate.
