Do you struggle with distressing memories, overwhelming anxiety, difficulty getting along with others, and/or difficulty concentrating? Are you young adult trying to find your way in the world? Have you been diagnosed with Autism or ADHD and are not sure where to go to for help? Many people struggle with trauma, depression, and anxiety. Sometimes these struggles are made even harder by neurodivergency. If this sounds like you I think we might be a good fit. I have 8 years experience in the mental health field, specifically working with young adults with trauma and mood disorders. I have 9 years experience working with people who are neurodivergent (I am diagnosed ADHD myself!). My philosophy is that everyone has it in them to heal, we just sometimes need extra guidance to help find that part of ourself.
