This looks different for everyone, so I like to start with a free consultation call so we can see if its a good fit. I have worked in Mental Health for over a decade. I have experience with crisis intervention in the community, working with individuals/families. For the last several years, my focus has been talk therapy, with a mindfulness approach, assisting folks going through life transitions, experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout to improve stress and symptom management.
