I have over a decade of experience in providing individual and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults providing both clinical counseling and art therapy. While my experience includes supporting people through the lifespan with a variety of mental health stressors my concentration lies in trauma focused work in depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and career with an additional focus of supporting those navigating infertility.
