Accepting New Clients. Sometimes life throws a curveball (or ten) and things end up sideways; different than anticipated. Sometimes we fall and might need support getting back up. I support clients healing trauma, navigating anxiety, life with ADHD, processing loss, depression, finding their identity, medical challenges, relationships, life transitions, meaning, PTSD, or simply seeking joy. I enjoy helping clients on their journey healing, learning, changing, growing, shapeshifting however they decide they want to while becoming a healthier, more balanced self. I am warm, compassionate, affirming, and nonjudgmental. My approach is person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed utilizing several evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, ACT, Trauma Focused, and IFS to name a few. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.
