Hello and welcome to Grow Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have worked in the mental health field since 1998. First, with my bachelor's degree, and later doing clinical work after earning my master's degree. I believe taking care of our mental health should be as accepted and routine as taking care of our physical health. Therapy can help us to be the best versions of ourselves. Life is a beautiful mess. Sometimes everything seems to be going our way. I would like to offer guidance and support as you navigate those ups and downs. I rely on a common-sense approach. Counseling is casual and conversational. We will work as a team, identifying strengths, setting goals, and overcoming barriers. Our first session will be more of a "get-acquainted" session. We will review some basic history/demographics information and talk about possible goals for our work together.
