Asking for help takes a tremendous amount of courage. I am currently offering online and in-person sessions. I work to provide a warm environment to put clients at ease during this process. While some people struggle with long-standing challenges, others are overwhelmed with current stressors and need to get back on track or find new paths. I work holistically to help clients find balance in their lives and draw from a number of treatment approaches. Treatment is tailor-made to help you find solutions that meet your individual needs using a strength-based model. With over 30 years experience, I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families with a variety of problems. These include grief, life transitions(i.e. young adults launching from their parents, empty nest), depression, anxiety, stress management, couples issues. I also specialize in the treatment of caretaker issues.
