Relevare Behavioral Health is a privately owned practice that provides mental health treatment to all age groups, sexuality, and neurodiversity. Relevare is defined by the Latin origins as " finding relief and to relieve", which is the motto of our practice. At Relevare Behavioral Health, our goal is to empower our clients and assist them in becoming their own source of relief. Our Therapist, Elizabeth Geraldes, specializes in various therapeutic approaches and has been in the mental health world for over ten years. Elizabeth provides a nonjudgemental and person-centered approach to all her clients. Elizabeth Geraldes, is a licensed Professional Counselor, in New Jersey. Elizabeth, is certified in CBT, TEAM-CBT, Trauma Focus CBT, CBT-I, and DBT, with knowledge in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), EMDR, and the Nurture Heart Approach. Elizabeth Geraldes also has experience in treating tics by utilizing CBIT techniques.
