Welcome! Are you feeling overwhelmed? Anxious? Depressed? My practice offers a warm, supportive and validating place for you to examine and work on your challenges. Are you struggling in your relationships or work life? We will work together to understand and improve these areas. We will talk about what therapy is, how it can help and set goals for the future. It is important to have clarity about what good mental health looks and feels like. I bring a unique perspective to counseling, offering analysis, decision making skills and boundary work. I offer teletherapy and in person services for the treatment of anxiety, depression, women’s issues, self esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, marital issues, family issues, career growth and working through medical situations and a focus on parenting.
