Life is hard, and most of us experience symptoms of sadness and stress at some point in our lives. It can be overwhelming trying to understand the source of our pain and determine the best path for healing. It is my belief that relationships are both the cause and the context of healing for many of our difficulties. Unfortunately, many of us struggle in our relationships and find that they contribute stress and tremendous pain to our lives. I am passionate about offering support for the relationships in your life and helping them become a source of connection and trust.
